Production Updates August 2020

Time for some good news....our production times have returned to mostly what they were pre-shutdown! We're seeing dropship orders of 1-5 items take on average 7 days to produce, which is 2 days beyond our goal of 5, but has been steadily going down over the last couple of months. Our team has been working non-stop to get your items made faster and we're seeing results! We're going to continue to work to speed up our production so that we get back to the 5 day mark.

DTG Clothing- 1 day
Accessories- 7 days
Scarves- 6 days
Bags- 8 days
Wall art- 4 days
Notebooks-6 days
Fabric- 4 days
Face Coverings- 12 days

Our DTG is flying! Most t-shirt orders ship within 1-2 days of being ordered. Now is a great time to add them to your product line.

Face covering production is going very well! We have halved production time over the last month and are seeing ordres shipping within 8-12 days right now. We expect this to reduce even further to 7 days or less in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned!

All outstanding orders from the shutdown should be shipped now. If you're not seeing movement on an older order, please get in touch with us and we'll figure it out with you.
